US to individuals or businesses which meet the following criteria.
The client
must be at least 18 years of age and must be the legal owner of
the computer to be serviced by EarlsHelpDesk.
The client
must be able to speak English well enough to allow EarlsHelpDesk
to fully understand the services desired or the issue(s) needing
to be resolved.
The client
must be connected to the Internet on a relatively high-speed Internet
connection such as phone DSL or cable Internet.
The client
must be able to use PayPal
to process transactions with EarlsHelpDesk whether by allowing PayPal
to process a credit card transaction or through an existing PayPal
account.
The client
must have approved remote
connection software installed on the computer to be serviced
by EarlsHelpDesk.
The client
must agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the EarlsHelpDesk.com
Remote Access Services Agreement.
